    Fixed: CIRA Registry Issues (.ca)

    The .ca proxies are connecting and all services are back online. The Registry is still investigating the cause of the synchronization issue.  There were no issues for .ca domains  resolving during this time.  During this time you would not have been able to register or renew .ca domains, and/or update your .ca WHOIS records.

    CIRA Registry Issues (.ca)

    .ca domains continue to resolve.

    The .ca Registry (CIRA) is experiencing issues. All services are not available. CIRA has advised that the issue should be fixed within the hour.

    Specifically, this is what you will not be able to do with .ca domains:

    - Register new .ca domains

    - Renew .ca domains

    - Change WHOIS Privacy options for .ca domains

    - Update ownership information for .ca domains

    Hiccup in Hover Admin System

    Between 2:12pm and 2:14pm ET today, we noticed a small hiccup within the Hover administration system.  Our engineers are currently looking into this for the cause.  There doesn’t seem to be any advserse impact on any of our systems and all services are continuing to function without problem.

    Fixed - Email Intermittment Errors

    The OPENSRS HostedEmail team has resolved the email issues that our Subscribers were facing today. Subscribers may have seen slowness or popups asking for your username or password. No mail is queued and all mail delivery has been working throughout the day.

    Update - Email Intermittment Errors

    We continue to report that since 11AM EST Subscribers are getting sporadic slowness and errors such as a popup in Mail Clients asking to confirm your username or password. Trying a second time usually clears this.  Subscribers should be able to access their mail via webmail, IMAP and POP. We are testing to confirm that all email services are working.

    Email Intermittment Errors

    We are seeing intermittment slowness and errors on email in the last 15 minutes.  We have escalated this issue to the The OPENSRS HostedEmail team.  They have acknowledged the issue and are working on a resolution. We will keep you updated.

    Fixed - Flickering Error when updating Registry Records on IE 6 or 7

    We can also report that the errors that were causing the flickering on the Account Tab of Subscribers using Internet Explorer versions 6 or 7 is also resolved.  The Development Team reports that there was an incompatibility error with the older versions that is now fixed.

    Fixed - Entering New Billing Information for First Time Errors

    Our Development Team has resolved the failure to update new Billing Information into accounts for the first time.

    Once again, autorenewals and accounts that had previously updated their Billing Information were not effected.

    Flickering Error when updating Registry Records on IE 6 or 7

    We have recieved reports that when attempting to update the Registry Records on the Account Tab of your Hover Admin, all the buttons in the Account Tab will begin flickering and eventually the buttons will be erased from the menu. The result is that you cannot change or update the information presently.  Our Development Team is aware of this issue.

    We are not seeing this issue using Firefox (Windows/MAC) or Safari.
